What happens when my license expires?
The plugin keeps working forever, including all features you had at the time. You just stop receiving updates and support until you renew. No features get disabled on expiry.
Can I upgrade between plans?
Yes, at any time. The difference is prorated against your remaining term. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. 14-day no-questions refund on any paid plan. Email support@ssopress.com with your license key.
Is there a student or non-profit discount?
Not automatically, but we grant them case by case. Get in touch with a .edu or .org email and a short description of your project.
Do you collect any telemetry from free installs?
Only the opt-in usage analytics handled by Freemius (the WordPress plugin monetization platform we use). You can decline during activation without losing any functionality.
What does "1 site" mean for Pro?
One production domain. Staging and local development copies on the same license are fine and don't count against your site limit. Contact support if you have questions about multisite or multi-tenant setups.
