Free Poetry!
Free Poetry is a project originally conceived on March 14, 2003 under the name "Olympia Free Poetry Movement", which was an idea to give poetry away for free, and also to (hopefully) inspire other people to produce more free art, therefore making their world a (semi) better place. In May, 2003 we started a monthly free poetry 'zine distributed through a mailing list of about 75 people and giving extra copies away whenever we saw fit. The mailing list grew to be around 250 fine, very deserving people with extra copies going to unsuspecting bystanders. Here's what has come out of the project so far; in its original format, before being brutalized by the black and white photocopier.
